Instructions for Prospective Authors

Before submission, review the Journal Description and Aims and Scope statements to ensure compatibility with the journal. Manuscripts outside the journal’s scope will be desk rejected.

Format

All submissions must follow APA 7th Edition style. Manuscripts should be submitted in a single file including tables and figures (unless technically impossible).

Initial Submission

• Double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman
• Standard 8.5 × 11 inch paper
• Maximum length: 45 pages (including references, tables, figures)
• Title page with full author information
• Abstract (max 100 words for initial page)

Cover Letter Must Include

• 1–3 sentences highlighting key contributions
• Statement regarding prior or concurrent submissions
• IRB approval statement (if empirical research)
• Confirmation manuscript is not under review elsewhere

Review Process

All manuscripts undergo initial screening and at least two peer reviews. Authors are normally notified within 60 days.

Manuscript Preparation

• APA 7th Edition
• 1-inch margins
• Number all pages
• Sections in order:
  • Title Page
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Main Text
  • Notes
  • References
  • Tables
  • Figures
  • Appendices

References

• Alphabetical order by author's last name
• Chronological order for same author
• Use "&" instead of "and"
• Italicize journal and book titles
• Every citation must appear in both text and reference list

Tables & Figures

• Number consecutively
• Provide clear titles
• Figure resolution: 300 dpi
• Obtain copyright permission before publication
