The rapid proliferation of advanced technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), has catalyzed profound transformations across societal sectors while simultaneously precipitating significant labor market disruptions and widespread unemployment. These changes create particularly acute challenges for workers possessing limited professional skills and those in routine-intensive occupations. The systematic displacement of human labor by AI systems results in increasing numbers of individuals struggling to secure meaningful employment or adapt to evolving occupational requirements. This phenomenon carries serious socioeconomic consequences, including heightened inequality, social unrest, and psychological distress. The "dark side" of technology underscores the urgent necessity for novel approaches to human resource management, educational reform, and social policy in the future. This article examines the multifaceted negative implications of technological advancement, analyzes the trajectory of occupational displacement, and proposes adaptive strategies for mitigating adverse outcomes while harnessing technological progress for human benefit.
